This Crémant is a blend of four varieties of the Appellation (Black Pinot, Chardonnay, Gamay and Aligoté), a consensual wine, well-rounded, with a varied bunch. This is the "easiest" of Crémant Bailly Lapierre Crémant a thirst, net, hardwood, which offers a nice freshness.
  Her dress has fine bubbles, a fresh nose with aromas varied bouquet.
In mouth, the bubble is round and free with a lovely freshness.
