The vines planted white grape, facing south, on a sandy soil particularly conducive to this variety that expresses by its fruit, its freshness and liveliness. This wine is ideal as an aperitif, should be drunk young, this wine is the famous Kir when accompanied by crème de cassis de Dijon.

 
Light yellow, light green reflections; very expressive bouquet, mineral notes and aromas of green apple. Fresh, fine, with a good balance between acidity and fruit. Great flexibility and roundness.
